Chairman
Born in 1954, Miguel Amaral is the reference shareholder and Chairman of several companies and sub-holings.

He initiated his professional career at Goldman Sachs in 1987.

In 1991, Miguel began in Portugal the activity of Private Equity european fund known as Euroknights

Galdino
Managing Director
Luiz started his career in 1987 as a civil engineering supporting several projects for leading Brazilian companies such as Gerdau and Bettamin.
In 2004, he joined the emerging wind sector with program management responsibilities in Brazil's first wind park, the 150 MW Osório Park.

Pedro

Pinheiro
Investment Director
Pedro initiated his career at Grupo Media Capital in 2001, the leading media conglomerate in Portugal, where he was business development director and engaged in several management roles in the division of M&A, Business Planning and Subsidiaries’ Monitoring. Additionally, Pedro assisted the board in taking the Company public through its IPO that took place in 2004.
